Breakfast at Tiffany's

Hey, remember this line?

'No... the blues are because you're getting fat or because it's been raining too long. You're just sad, that's all. The mean reds are horrible. Suddenly you're afraid and you don't know what you're afraid of. Do you ever get that feeling?'

how could I forget Holly Golightly? I saw that movie with Pam when we were in high school. We were fascinated and enamored of the character, portrayed by Audrey Hepburn. I started wearing my hair in a French twist and wearing large black men's sunglasses. I would have used a cigarette holder, but I was pretending I did not smoke.

you looked good in the Holly Golightly style: the French twist, scarf, rain coat & black flats. Did Pam dress the same?
Betsy and I listened to the record repeatedly.

Remember the cabinet record player?
We had the type of living-room where every appliance was hidden.
The TV under the stairs in the coat room.
I remember playing hide and seek in that space. Pinched my finger many a time in the sliding door.
